Our Story
Born from its founders' passion for sushi and Japanese cuisine, Sho-Dan was inaugurated in the summer of 1998, located in the heart of Montreal’s business district. Both Madonna Bailey and Romeo Pham's vision, combined with their team's innovative approach to sushi preparation and new culinary style, resulted in the creation of the renowned Japanese concept that Sho-Dan is today.
